On August 27, and August 29, 2014, we went to the Alpaca Boutique. The Alpaca Boutique is in Frankfort Michigan. The first time we went there it was not open, but a worker was there and he picked up a cria and brought it to us so we could see it. The cria was grey and was very soft. He did not like being held so he tried to get free.
On the second visit it was open. They had an alpaca in a pen so people could pet him. His name was Skyler and he was white. He liked grass and clovers and cats. He had babies and he was very sof like most alpacas. Also in the main area there were lots of alpacas grazing. They would only chew the tops off of grass not uproot the whole thing. They also had a large communal poop pile where all of them would poop in, so they didn't have to eat it when they eat there grass. The farm had about 20 alpacas, 5 of which were babies. They also had a store with lots of clothing items, pillows, yarn, and more.
Here are some pictures.
